Focus areas
The project focuses on developing AI-powered tools to forecast food crises, monitor local vulnerabilities, and understand the drivers of hunger across different contexts. Its five core areas—global prediction, country-level monitoring, price-based early warning, causal and ecosystem analysis, and responsible AI dashboarding—work together to turn complex data into actionable insights for early and effective response.
